British Virgin Islands, July 16th, 2026 — BlockBooster today announced the launch of BlockBooster Global Markets Fund I, a USD 20 million fund focused on investment opportunities across global listed equity markets.
The new fund complements BlockBooster’s existing private and growth-stage investment strategies, broadening the firm’s investment capabilities across both private and public markets.
Fund I: Investment Strategy
Global Markets Fund I will pursue an active, research-driven strategy across global listed equities, with an initial focus on companies positioned to benefit from the continued development and adoption of artificial intelligence.
The fund will invest across the AI value chain, including semiconductors, computing infrastructure, data storage, networking and cloud platforms, as well as downstream companies applying AI to improve productivity, products and business models. Investment decisions will be based on each company’s competitive positioning, earnings outlook, valuation and long-term growth potential.
Extending BlockBooster’s Investment Platform
The launch follows BlockBooster Digital Venture Fund I, a USD 50 million growth-stage fund focused on AI infrastructure, onchain trading ecosystems, onchain asset management and real-world asset tokenization.
While Digital Venture Fund I focuses on private and growth-stage opportunities, Global Markets Fund I provides BlockBooster with a dedicated strategy for investing in publicly listed companies.
Together, the two funds extend BlockBooster’s investment coverage across different stages of the market, from private-market growth to global public equities.
